'Pinoy hotcake is our very own take on the famous pancakes. Its unique features are:  -yellow color -thinner cakes -margarine and sugar topping.  Unlike the pancakes, Pinoy hotcakes are usually eaten as snacks instead of breakfast and are sold as street food. But you can definitely have it anytime at home with this easy recipe.
